本日は、Li Jinminによるプログレスセミナーと筑波会議参加報告会を行いました。以下は学生が興味を持ったポスターの例です。
●P-15 Prevention of the prolongation of autoimmune arthritis by RORgt+ Foxp+ regulatory T (Tr17) cells
RORgt+ Foxp3+ Treg (Tr17)について、⾃⼰免疫疾患モデル（コラーゲン誘発関節炎および実験的脳脊髄炎マウス）で野⽣型とFoxp3+ RORgt fl/fl マウスの⽐較により特性を検討した。
・ Tr17 はRORgt- Foxp3+ Treg よりIL-10 産⽣が多い
・ Tr17 はIL-17A も産⽣するがTh17 に⽐べわずか。
・ コラーゲン誘発性関節炎の発症には関与しないが、関節炎の症状の憎悪を抑制するはたらきをもつ。

P-23 MafB regulates
寒冷刺激をうけると褐⾊脂肪細胞にむかって交感神経の軸索が伸⻑し、体温上昇が引き起こされる。そのメカニズムとマクロファージ、特にマクロファージの機能調節に関与する転写因⼦MafB との関連に着⽬した研究。
・ マクロファージ特異的MafB ノックアウトマウスでは、寒冷刺激による褐⾊脂肪細胞の体温上昇機能が低下している。
・ ノックアウトマウスでは寒冷刺激による交感神経の軸索伸⻑が起こらなかった。
・ 先⾏研究より、寒冷刺激による交感神経の軸索伸⻑は褐⾊細胞から分泌されるnerve growth factor; NGF が重要だとわかっている。マクロファージが分泌するIL-6 は褐⾊脂肪細胞のNGF 産⽣を抑制することがわかった。
・ MafB はマクロファージのIL-6 産⽣を抑制した。

１．Evaluate the vegetable’s ability of absorbing As when
cultured in different area.
Background: As is a heavy mental which comes from Atmospheric dust, mine and As- containing pesticides. This can be absorbed into people’sbody and lead to the red blood cell be dissolved, normal physiologyfunction be destroyed and can be heredity. It also can cause cancer and deformity.
Research: In this research, the researcher evaluated the vegetables’
ability of As absorbing when it was culturing with water or soil. In this research the result showed that culturing with water can make more As be absorbing in the vegetables than with the soil. Also the research shows that the As always exist as As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ). And
also the investigation result shows that the vegetables of Taiwan have As more than the standard of Taiwan’s official.
Future study: Find way to reduce the As in vegetables by changing the fertilizer or by changing the iron layer which exist at the root of some vegetables.
２．Find out which part of CNS can help people to find value and make choice.
Background: Previous study shows that the part give signal when monkey see signs which means much water. and also gave a signal when they pushed bottom to choose water. Inthisstudy, a new part was found to show the same signer.
